Camps Start and End at 3PM on the days specified unless otherwise noted. Day Camp is 9am-3pm, First Chance Camp starts at 5:00PM, and Sportsman's Camp is 3pm Fri-Noon on Sunday (No lunch). To register online for camp. Click on the button, read the safety info and rules, then fill out the online form. Keep Scrolling. IT'S A LOT OF INFO, but you can get through it!
There is a processing fee for using the online registration service. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Please get your pre-registration in early. Spots will be based on a first come, first served basis.
On the plus side, camp check-in should go much faster! Simply bring your camper to the campground at 3pm, or if different at your camp's start time. Stay in your car. We will have a check-in person with a clipboard list of all the pre-registered campers stationed at the front (South-East) corner of the cafeteria. Drive up to the check in person, notify them of who you are dropping off, answer a few questions, turn in meds, then drop them off at their dorm and head home. We'll get their t-shirts and schedules to them at the orientation meeting.
Please make sure to place all medicines, and a list with the camper's name, medicine name/dosages/times to be administered (breakfast, lunch, supper, bed) and other care instructions in a sealed plastic gallon baggie with the camper's name written in marker on the outside.
Check out will be similar. Please make sure you check your camper out with the dean when camp is over.
Thank you!
Jim

Dear Families of MVCSC, Why should I send my child or teen to MVCSC? That’s a pretty good question — let’s take a serious look at that answer. In these times of trouble and declining morality we need to challenge our young people to live closer to God. Jesus calls us to a life of service, but at the same time the world is tempting our youth to live for themselves. Sometimes, as parents we get frustrated and feel alone—but don’t give up, there is help. This is what the camp is prepared to assist you with. Our mission is to help the family and the church in teaching and encouraging youth to grow s spiritually by getting to know Jesus. We will challenge each camper to surrender their life to Christ and to commit to the Christian life. We provide each camper wholesome recreation and fellowship, which is vital for a spiritually healthy life. By sharing Jesus with them, we offer an opportunity to embrace a purpose and direction in life that will benefit them and those around them for all of eternity. Campers receive Bible teaching, fellowship, encouragement to work and play cooperatively and confidence in their ability to serve in the Church. Most importantly, they are shown the gospel message of Christ and challenged to live for Christ daily, and to commit to serving Him. We are looking forward to getting to know your child and our prayer is that your family may be blessed by our ministry. God can change the world through Christian children and youth! —The Board of MVCSC
